As an American Educator for Africa volunteer, I spent the 2012-2013 school year teaching, advising, managing projects and working with colleagues, students, teachers and members of the disability community at Hawassa College, Adare Elementary School, Tabor Elementary School, Shashamene School for the Blind, Association for Education and Training Services for Persons with Disabilities, Addis Ababa Association of Private Schools, and UK's VSO and it's volunteers, to name just a few.
